For a decade, TechSentials has delivered mission-critical wireless engineering to federal defense and civilian agencies — with a record of competitive re-selection, zero cost overruns, and near-perfect uptime.

As RF Engineering & Wireless Systems Technical Lead (sub to GDIT) at the DHS Consolidated Headquarters, we've supported ~18,500 employees across 23 sub-agencies for a decade — through three competitively re-won programs (TIP → SETS I → SETS II): campus-wide P25 UHF simulcast LMR, a multi-position dispatch center, 200+ subscribers, and multi-phase DAS across 15+ buildings. Results: 99.95% LMR availability, zero Corrective Action Requests, zero security breaches, 100% on-time milestones.
As a core team partner (sub to 3Links Technologies), we lead RF engineering to replace aging analog DAS with modern IP-based digital DAS for public-safety LMR across DoD's most complex facilities — the Pentagon, Mark Center, Defense Health HQ, and National Guard Bureau. Scope spans RF propagation modeling over millions of square feet, PIM mitigation, fiber-backbone reconfiguration, phased deployment, and 24/7 O&M targeting 99.99% uptime.
As a subcontractor to prime OSC Edge, we performed RF surveys, wireless design, deployment support, and documentation for the National Defense University / National War College wireless modernization at Fort Lesley J. McNair.
